Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and seals remain intact.

How to Return

2. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

3. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

 

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Shipping Costs
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or damaged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will offer you a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference, and cover the return shipping costs.
